Are your Sensorimotor Psychotherapy skills feeling a bit out of reach in the moment? You’re not alone. Many of us benefit from returning to the work together.
Graduates are invited to join the L1 Skills and Theory Clinic, a 6-month, live-online study group for Level I graduates. Each month, we’ll revisit core concepts, practice skills, and deepen embodiment of the SP Principles in a warm, collaborative space.

You’ll help shape each gathering through a short pre-series survey, and together we’ll explore topics such as Steps to Mindfulness, the SMS model, RAD, C-ROD, and the 5 Stages of the Process for Trauma. You can look forward to short presentations, small-group practice, and the chance to apply SP skills in real time with peers who share your commitment to embodied learning.
